How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days, then arrive in 3–7 business days domestically. See our Shipping page for details.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the full policy.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes — our cuts are boxy and relaxed by design. Check the Size Guide for measurements if you're between sizes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do what we can to help.
How should I care for my JYGS pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. In general: wash cold, and skip the dryer for anything with structure.
